Prom Walk Saturday afternoon at CCHS

    Coal City High School’s prom is Saturday and the public is invited to come out and view the celebration of prom.        Beginning at 5 p.m., parents of students attending dinner dance and other interested individuals are invited to Prom Walk in the high school auditorium. The event provides an opportunity for parents to take photographs of students and friends as they head off to the spring formal.
    Students will be announced as they walk across the auditorium stage and onto charter buses that will take them to the prom that is being held at Tuscany Falls in Mokena.
    In holding Prom Walk, the administration, prom sponsors and prom goers ask that parents do not travel to the banquet facility to take photos. All photos should be taken at Prom Walk.
    Those planning to attend should arrive prior to the start, park in the west lot and proceed to the event entrance. Prom-goers are asked to arrive at the high school at 4:30 p.m. and line up for the walk.
